Para Fabric is a high quality, heavy weight blended aramid protective fabric designed to protect equipment and personnel in a wide range of applications. By using a blend of aramid fibers, Para-Text Fabric is able to offer heightened levels of performance while remaining flexible, lightweight, and structurally stable across a wide range of operating temperatures.
Common applications include safety clothing, expansion joints, pyrotechnics, hose covers, conveyor belting, cable protection, pipe wrap, equipment protection, and heat containment. The advanced composite blend of meta-aramid, para-aramid, and continuous filament fiberglass support provide long-lasting performance in hazardous applications and is non-irritating for use in safety apparel.

Features
Main uses of aramid fabric:
It is mainly used in the manufacture of seats for the rail and air industries. An aluminium version is also available.It is particularly suitable for use against sparks and projected materials. On the other hand, its mechanical properties are inferior to a 100 % para- aramid fabric.
